Refund policy

Return Window: 7 Days from delivery

Eligible for Return/Replacement if:

• Product received is damaged/broken
• Missing parts (handle, dustpan, screws, etc.)
• Manufacturing defect
• Wrong item delivered

Not Eligible for Return if:

• Product used and worn (bristles bent due to use)
• Physical damage caused by customer
• Dirt/garrier marks after use
• Without original packaging

Customer must provide:

• Unboxing video or clear photos showing issue
• All parts in original condition

Resolution Offered:

• Free Replacement (preferred)
• Refund only if replacement not available
